Mama oh mama

Hi.  Where in the world have I been?!  Thank you so much for all your super sweet comments.  I love them!!!  Today I'm at 23weeks5days.  So exciting!  I have been taking it easy and have been keeping busy with my junghwa by amy stewart shop.  I have lots of new items I'll be listing for fall and winter.  New season, new items, new loves.

As a mommy-to-be, I have found it very difficult to find trendy, affordable maternity clothes.  All the cute stuff costs a ton and all the affordable ones look frumpy and bleh.  Just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I want to lose my sense of style.  Well, I finally found the cutest dresses for a great price.  I even got a 15% discount (discount ended 8/31/10), plus FREE shipping (for a few more weeks).  Score!

If you have been following my blog, you've noticed that I post a lot of Asos items.  They're amazing and the price range is wide, so there's something for everyone.  They are a UK based company and now they're offering no hassle, free shipping to the U.S.  LOVE LOVE LOVE!  If you haven't checked them out, please do so.

ASOS Maternity Exclusive | Black Ruched Wrap Bust Dress
*For my friend's wedding next weekend.  Hot mama!

ASOS Maternity Exclusive | Cross Front Heart Print Dress
*Front runner for our up-coming baby shower.  Sweetness.

So cute right?!

I hope everyone is well.  Miss you guys!

P.S.  We're buying our first SLR camera next week.  Yipee skipee!!!  I've been wanting one for SO long.  Now I'll finally be able to take more photos and quite possibly start doing outfit posts.

  9. Super cute and YAY for baby love!!!!!!!

I just got a new job teaching high school art (from elementary) and it's full time and a WHOLE DIFFERENT world from working with the little ones..I am making rules for my walls and lesson plans galore...That and my anti summer vacation have cramped my blogging style.

    Congrats on boy! :D xx

  10. Amy- Fishtail braids are super easy- you just separate your hair into two chunks instead of 3.

Then you pull a small section from the outer edge of one chunk and pull it to the other chunk.

Then you pull a small section from the outer edge of the opposite chunk and pull it to the other opposite chunk and then repeat over and over.

You tube it- it takes like 3 minutes to do my super long hair!!

  15. Glad to hear you're doing well, my love! I highly recommend consignment stores for maternity clothes -- I worked at an upscale one where we sold maternity sizes and we had SUCH fab stuff -- maternity 7s, etc. It's such a temporary thing. And I feel like F21 has out a new maternity line, too.

  22. Those are really cute dresses. My sister has been living in really cute empire-line tops. She's due in less than three weeks now! I can't believe you're almost into your third trimester (such a cute little blog counter).

    Bring on December!
