Outfit - Wedding in Seattle

Outfit details from our quick trip to Seattle.  This is what I wore to a magnificent wedding at Kiana Lodge in Washington.  This was on the ferry to Bainbridge.  I wore my favorite rings and my always present Tiny Initial Tags Necklace.  I wanted to keep my accessories at a minimum because the dress was such a vibrant blue.  The gold clutch added a little glam to the edgy ensemble.

My Birthday & Father's Day!

New mommy dress.  Felt so pretty in this.  And comfortable.  So important when you're taking care of a little one.

This is the dress I thought was going to be gray!  I LOVED it anyway!!

Sunday was Father's Day and my birthday.  We had lunch at PF Chang's with my family.  Had delicious food and from what I'm told, yummy dessert.  I couldn't eat it, but I made a really good wish though.  :)

Thank you babes for making my day so special.  I hope you enjoyed your first Father's Day!

We ended the day with a trip to the zoo.  Gavin's first time there.  He just loved the bats.  So cute!

In my opinion the best stroller ever... Teutonia.

A wedding

I just want to say sorry real quick for not visiting your blogs like I used to.  Everything takes 10 times longer for me and I am so ready to have this baby.  Our laptop died earlier this year so we've been using our new desktop and after you get used to a laptop, it's hard to sit at a desk for this long.

Anyway, my friend got married over the weekend.  I was having a lot of contractions earlier that day (we had actually gone to a memorial in the morning as well), so I wasn't sure if I was going to make it.  It was at the Crystal Ballroom in downtown Portland.  Just gorgeous!  I'm so happy for the newlyweds.  Such a fun and exciting time.  The lighting wasn't the best for my camera, but here's some photos.  Please excuse the uncomfortable look on my face... it was because I was very uncomfortable.  Everything is aching.

instead of statement jewelry, i opted for a statement piece of clothing.  i just love that lace jacket.

i wore flats with my floor length dress.  now you can see how tall hubby really is!

the decor was just beautiful.

i love me some buffets!

really pretty wedding cake.

the lovely newlyweds.  so happy for you two!

We left after they cut the cake.  I just couldn't get my feet to dance the night away with the rest of them.  Plus, it was insanely difficult weaving in between all the chairs and tables during the reception to get to the bathroom.  My belly has gotten so HUGE!  I just can't believe it.  I wonder if Baby Stewart is going to be a big boy?

P.S.  Did you know about this?

i've always loved pomegranates but hated how hard it was to eat.  pom has done all the work for you!

Love is in the air

Sorry I missed a few days of blogging.  On Friday I drove down to work with my sister on some Twigs & Honey pieces.  She lives 1.5 hours away from me, so it was a full day.  Saturday the hubs and I stayed in our PJs all day and relaxed for the first time in a while.  Felt good!  Yesterday we went to our friend's engagement party.

We're attending another wedding this December, while I'm 37 weeks.  That'll be fun!  And so far we're attending 5 weddings next year.  Wow!  I'm absolutely loving all this happiness around me.  It is so amazing to be a part of all these celebrations.

Yesterday - Good food, good company, good times.  I only have a minutes before I head out so here's a quick post and a few photos.

The hubs.  My heart.  He hates his smile, but I LOVE it.

Me and M.  She's the December wedding.  Beautiful bride-to-be!

There's that Anthropologie tank I got back in April.  Finally modeling it for you.

Writing some advice down for the couple.  Using my belly as a table.

Tuyet and Justin's Wedding Day

The wedding ceremony and the reception were lovely.  It was great seeing another friend get happily married.  And it was great catching up with old friends.  My only complaint was that I wish they let the pregnant ladies go through the buffet line twice, because we get HUNGRY!  We weren't able to make it to my other friend's birthday party because we didn't leave the reception until really late and being on my feet that long in high heels is tough these days.

Please excuse the dusty mirror.  I didn't notice it until I took the photo.

My friend T is getting married next April!

The lovely bride, my wonderful friend... CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Ok, so I was suppose to wear my Asos to the wedding but instead of arriving yesterday like it was suppose to, it came today while we were gone.  Figures.  Well... please again excuse the dirty hallway mirror and the bad indoor lighting, but here's what I should have been wearing.

Fits me like a glove!

My beautiful baby bump.  25weeks1day today!

My hubby thinks this next dress looks like a nighty and doesn't like the color.  I think it's sweet and perfect for the baby shower.  He also thinks flat boots are ugly.  So, I think... "he knows nothing about fashion".  But I wonder...

Should I keep it?  Or return it?
*update | i'm returning the brown dress.  it cost too much to be getting such mixed reviews.
i found a maxi dress i like better.  thanks for the input you guys.

Fun Fact About Me Friday - Part Three

I'm starting to run out of fun facts!  I'm going to have to scour my brain for some really obscure ones for next time.  Enjoy!

1. My hubby and I dated for 3 years, then got engaged for 1 year, and have now been married for 1 year and 2 months.  I met him at a bar/dance club.  My friend thought he was cute so I went up to talk to him for her.  She ran away.  I pulled him away from the girl he was dancing with and I told him he was cute.  He asked me, "Do you want to dance or what?"  I said yes.  We've been together ever since.

Maxim Party.  One of the first dates.  Free beer!

My dad took our engagement photos.  Thanks dad!!

The beginning of my life as Mrs. Stewart.

2. One of my dearest friends made me the godmother of her baby.  So cute right?!

I heart Nikki!

And I heart Brooklyn!!!

3.  I killed a cactus.  I cannot take care of house plants.

4. I do not eat anything with artificial coloring (red40, blue5, yellow6... none of them).  They can potentially cause cancer or even ADHD in children.  I miss my cotton candy!!!!  Waaah!

Hockey game + cotton candy = awesome

5. I was born to love fashion.

Eeyyy I knew what was up with high waisted pants.

And plaid skirts with knee high socks!

Don't be mad because I rocked the knee high boots!

Don't forget about my GIVEAWAY!  Ends May 4th!!

Happy 1 Year Wedding Anniversary!!

To who?  ME!  Well, me and Sean of course.  My hubby and I started dating February 25, 2005.  On our three year anniversary, Sean proposed.  One year later we got married.  February 21, 2009 to be exact.  And now we're celebrating our first wedding anniversary.  Yay!  Sean is an amazing husband and I'm truly blessed.

We're heading out to the coast to celebrate for the weekend.  So, I won't be posting for a few days.  Have a great weekend everybody!

Here are a few of my favorite photos from our wedding.
